摘要 锂离子电池具有比能量大、循环寿命长、工作温度范围宽、污染低等优点逐渐成为新能源汽车发展的动力源,而锂电池SOH是评价电池品质的重要因数之一。该文采用MSP430G2553控制器对锂电池SOH状态进行实时监测,采用ACS712电流传感器、DS18B20温度传感器及分压法实现锂电池电流、温度与电压信号的采集,结合软件程序的分析与处理,将电压、电流及SOH估算值进行在线显示,从而实现锂电池SOH的在线监测功能。 The advantages of large specific energy,long cycle life,wide operating temperature range and low pollution,have gradually enabled Lithium-ion battery to become the power source of new energy vehicles,and Lithium battery SOH is one of the important factors for evaluating battery quality.In this paper,the MSP430G2553 controller was used to monitor the SOH status of the lithium battery in real time,taking the ACS712 current sensor,the DS18B20 temperature sensor and the voltage division method to acquire lithium battery current,temperature and voltage signals,combined with the analysis and processing of the software program,the voltage,current and SOH estimation values were displayed online,thereby,realizing the online monitoring function of the lithium battery SOH.
