摘要
针对大量拆回智能电表故障诊断、测试合格再利用等相关工作所存在的人工成本过高以及效率低下等问题,文中提出了一种采用先进工业控制技术实现智能电表自动测试的设计方案。所提出的系统设计方案采用模块化设计,通过三个必要的验证环节,即耐压验证、初次验证和重复验证,实现了拆回智能电表验证流程的自动化。测试结果表明,该系统具有良好的可拓展性和测试效率。
Aiming at the problems of high labor cost and low efficiency in many related works such as fault diagnosis,qualified test and reuse of smart meters,a design scheme of automatic detection of smart meters using advanced industrial control technology is proposed.Modular design is adopted,through three necessary verification links,namely,voltage withstanding verification,initial verification and repetitive verification,the automation of verification process of smart meters removal is realized.The test results show that the system has good scalability and test efficiency.
