摘要 量产车评估(PVE)测试是国Ⅵ标准新增的OBD系统认证项目,主要验证车辆是否符合OBD系统各项协议要求。其中,PVE J2测试需要对车型的所有OBD故障码进行诊断机制验证,而故障模拟方法设计是整个PVE测试的技术难点之一。国内由于PVE测试起步较晚,测试方法及技术不够完善。阐述了OBD系统的故障监控原理和诊断机制,系统介绍了PVE测试方法和PVE J1/J2/J3各项测试流程,研究分析了OBD故障码类别和各类故障模拟方法,形成一整套PVE测试的试验规范。 Production Vehicle Evaluation(PVE)test is a new item of OBD system certification in CHINA 6 standard,which mainly verifies that the vehicle complies on every OBD regulations.PVE J2 test needs to verify the diagnostic mechanism for all Diagnostic Trouble Codes(DTC),while the design of fault simulation method is one of the technical difficulties of the whole PVE test.Due to the late start of PVE testing in China,the testing methods and technical skills are inadequate.This paper elaborates the fault monitoring principle and diagnosis mechanism of OBD system in detail,systematically introduces the PVE testing methods and J1/J2/J3 testing procedures,studies and analyses the types of OBD fault codes and various fault simulation methods,and forms a set of PVE test specifications.
