超深水低温低密度水泥浆体系的研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 目前中国南海的钻井水深已接近3000m,随之带来低温、水泥石早期强度发展缓慢等问题。针对超深水的固井技术难题,开发出了新型低温低密度水泥浆体系,包括改性人造空心玻璃微珠减轻材料,配套深水降失水剂PC-DG74L、深水分散剂PC-F46L。这套体系具有更优良的低温早强性能,满足超深水固井作业需求,并在超深水井LS18-1-1中成功应用。
