摘要
目的观察对老年膀胱癌术后患者的细节护理干预效果。方法选取自2016年1月至2018年1月于我院外科住院接受手术治疗的膀胱癌患者50例,所有研究对象通过信封法随机分组,对照组25例,应用常规护理干预方式,试验组25例,在对照组的护理干预上加以细节护理干预方式,观察两组患者护理前后生活质量评分及感染发生率。结果护理干预后:①对照组的QOLS评分(29.1±6.8),试验组(38.2±5.7);②对照组术后感染发生率10%,试验组0%,两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理干预老年膀胱癌患者可有效改善患者的疼痛、排尿障碍等临床症状提高患者生存质量,减少患者术后感染发生率,临床疗效优异,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of detailed nursing intervention on elderly patients with bladder cancer after operation.Methods 50 cases of bladder cancer were selected from January 2016 to January 2018 in our hospital.All the subjects were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method and 25 cases in the control group.The routine nursing intervention was used and the experimental group was 25 cases.The nursing intervention in the control group was added with the detail nursing intervention,and the two groups were observed.Quality of life score and incidence of infection before and after nursing.Results The outcome of nursing intervention:(1)the QOLS score of the control group was(29.1±6.8),the test group was(38.2±5.7),(2)the incidence of postoperative infection in the control group was 10%,the experimental group was 0%,and the difference of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing intervention in elderly bladder cancer patients can effectively improve the patient’s pain,dysuria and other clinical symptoms to improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of postoperative infection,the clinical effect is excellent,worthy of promotion.
