摘要
为研究倾斜螺旋输送机的输送能力,将倾角、螺距、转速进行有序组合,以一定数量颗粒的输送时间为试验指标进行正交实验仿真,探索试验因素对试验指标的影响.结果表明:随着倾角的增大,螺旋输送机输送能力呈下降趋势;较大的速度可以提高输送能力,但是随着速度的增加,颗粒发生碰撞就越明显,从而导致输送能力会有所降低;螺距对输送能力也有积极的影响,但是相比于速度,影响效果不是很明显;倾角为30°,螺距为200 mm,转速为120 r/min,为最佳的参数组合.研究结论可为提升倾斜螺旋输送机的输送能力提供理论依据和参考.
In order to study the conveying capacity of inclined screw conveyor,the inclination angle,pitch and rotating speed were combined in an orderly way,the orthogonal experimental simulation was carried out with the conveying time of a certain number of particles as the experimental index.The influence of experimental factors on the experimental index was explored,and the optimal parameter combination was obtained.The results showed that the conveying capacity of screw conveyor decreases with the increase of inclination angle,larger speed can improve the conveying capacity,but with the increase of speed,the collision of particles becomes more obvious,which leads to the decrease of conveying capacity,pitch also has a positive impact on conveying capacity,but compared with speed,the effect is not obvious.The best combination of the inclination angle,pitch and speed is 30°,200 mm and 120 r/min.The research conclusion can provide theoretical basis and reference for improving the conveying capacity of inclined screw conveyor.
