无涂层和带缺陷涂层X70钢焊接接头的腐蚀行为研究

摘要 为了有效延长海洋管道的使用寿命,分别采用自动焊和焊条电弧焊工艺进行了管道环焊缝焊接,并对无涂层和带缺陷涂层的管道环焊缝焊接接头的腐蚀行为进行了研究。研究结果表明,无涂层情况下,自动焊和焊条电弧焊两种工艺焊接接头的腐蚀速率几乎相同;焊接接头涂层破损时,自动焊工艺的抗腐蚀性能整体优于焊条电弧焊工艺,且自动焊工艺的腐蚀集中在涂层破损面边界,焊条电弧焊的腐蚀除涂层破损界面外,焊缝位置也出现点蚀坑。研究结果对海洋管道焊接工艺的制定有一定的指导意义。 In order to prolong the service life of offshore pipelines effectively,the girth weld of pipeline was welded by automatic welding and electrode arc welding,and the corrosion behavior of pipeline girth welds with uncoated and defective coating were studied.The experimental results show that the corrosion rates of the welded joints by automatic welding and electrode arc welding are almost the same without coating.When the coating of the welded joint is damaged,the corrosion resistance of the automatic welding process is better than that of the electrode arc welding process,and the corrosion of the automatic welding process concentrates on the boundary of the damaged coating surface.In addition to the damaged interface of the coating,pitting corrosion pits also appear in the weld of the electrode arc welding.The results are significant for the formulation of welding technology of offshore pipelines.
