摘要
目的探讨iRoot BP Plus结合显微根尖手术治疗难治性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法对本院2016年1月~2018年12月间收治的60例难治性根尖周炎患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组与对照组,均行显微根尖手术治疗,实验组30例患者采用iRoot BP Plus倒填充,对照组30例采用银汞合金倒填充,观察两组术后肿痛情况及肿痛率、根尖周指数。结果实验组术后肿痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组肿痛率为3.3%,对照组为23.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术前O-PAI指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后6个月、12个月,实验组O-PAI指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论难治性根尖周炎采用iRoot BP Plus结合显微根尖手术治疗,减轻了术后肿痛,根尖骨组织恢复良好,值得采用。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of iRoot BP Plus combined with microscopic apical surgery in treatment of refractory periapical periodontitis.Methods 60 patients with refractory periapical periodontitis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method.All patients underwent microscopic apical surgery.They were all treated with microscopic apical surgery.30 patients in the experimental group were given iRoot BP Plus retrograde filling while 30 patients in the control group were given silver amalgam retrograde filling.The postoperative swelling and pain,the rate of swelling and pain and the periapical index of two groups were observed.Results The degree of postoperative swelling and pain in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of swelling and pain in the experimental group was 3.3%,and that of the control group was 23.3%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the preoperative O-PAI index between the two groups(P>0.05).The O-PAI index of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group on 6 months and 12 months after operation.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The iroot BP plus combined with microscopic apical surgery in treatment of refractory periapical periodontitis can relieve postoperative swelling and pain,and the apical bone tissue recovers well.It is worthy of adoption.
