摘要
目的探讨机动卫勤分队编成中国—老挝“和平列车”医疗队在任务期间的药品保障特点。为顺利完成跨国演训任务,同时在虫媒传染病高发的疫区做到医疗队人员自身零感染,总结经验做法,为以后的任务活动等提供借鉴。方法回顾分析2019年8月参加中国—老挝军队“和平列车-2019”人道主义医学救援联合演训期间各种病例发病情况和用药情况。结果医疗队执行任务期间当地就诊居民以骨科疾病(48.66%)、消化道疾病(22.69%)、皮肤疾病(13.78%)为主,其中以骨科疾病最为多见。药品的使用以活血止痛的中成药、消炎镇痛药和治疗慢性胃炎的中成药为主。医疗队人员的发病情况与在国内演训类似。结论老挝发病、防病与中国境内演训保障用药有所区别。热带地区的跨国演训应当结合实际,相应做好药品保障工作。
Objective To explore the characteristics of drug security during the mission of the"Peace Train"medical team in China and Laos.In order to successfully complete the transnational performance training task,and at the same time in the epidemic area with high incidence of insect-borne infectious diseases,the medical team personnel themselves have zero infection,and summa rize some empirical practices and provide lessons for future actions.Methods Retrospective analysis of various cases and medica tions during the joint humanitarian medical rescue training of"peace train-2019"of China Laos army in August 2019 was conducted.Results During the mission of the medical team,orthopaedic diseases(48.66%),digestive tract diseases(22.69%)and skin diseases(13.78%)were the main diseases in local residents,among which orthopaedic diseases were the most common.The condition of medi cal team members is similar to that of domestic training.Conclusion Laos has its own characteristics in disease prevention and treatment,Therefore,there is a difference between domestic training and drug protection.Transnational training in tropical regions should be combined with practice,and drug protection should be done accordingly.
