摘要
基于被动房的设计理念,重点针对窗墙节点连接和阳台热阻隔系统,提出了一种外围护结构系统在钢结构住宅建筑中的研究与应用。其通过构造设计配合施工工艺优化的方式,可有效解决建筑外皮的渗漏和热桥等问题,大幅度提升居住空间的舒适度和健康体验;同时改变了传统建筑业的思维和行为模式,实现了装配式建筑和被动式建筑技术的有机融合与应用。
Based on the design concept of passive house,focusing on the connection of window-wall joint connection and balcony thermal barrier system,this paper presents a research and application of peripheral enclosure structure system in steel residential buildings.By means of structural design and optimization of construction technology,problems such as leakage of building skin and thermal bridge can be effectively solved,comfort and health experience of residential space can be greatly improved,and thinking and behavior mode of traditional construction industry has been changed,organic integration and application of prefabricated building and passive building technology have been realized.
