摘要
以氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)为膜材料,N,N二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,分别以聚乙二醇400(PEG400)、Pluronic PE6400、Tween 20、Pluronic F127、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP K15)为添加剂,采用非溶剂致相分离法制备CPVC超滤膜,考察了添加剂种类对膜形貌及性能的影响.结果表明,当膜中Tween 20质量分数为5%时,CPVC超滤膜具有较好的综合性能,纯水通量达到452.1 L/(m^2 h),是未含添加剂CPVC膜的5.5倍,BSA截留率可达98.2%,膜表面亲水性增强,通量恢复率得到改善.
Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride(CPVC)ultrafiltration membranes were prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation method using N,N dimethylacetamide(DMAc)as solvent.Five additives with different structure and property,including PEG400,Pluronic PE6400,Tween 20,Pluronic F127 and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)were adopted separately in membrane preparation.The effects of additives on the formation of membrane structure and membrane performance were studied.The results showed that CPVC membrane structure was modified by the additives and the performance of the membranes was improved by suitable adoption of additive.The membrane obtained with 5%Tweeen 20 additive could reject 98.2%BSA with pure water flux of 452.1 L/(m^2 h),together with improvement on hydrophobicity and flux recovery.
