摘要
【目的】为了探明外源生长素、赤霉素协同调控叶用莴苣生长发育的内在机制。【方法】以叶用莴苣GB-31为材料,通过单独喷施外源生长素、赤霉素以及生长素和赤霉素混合喷施处理后,利用酶联免疫法检测植株内源激素水平的变化。【结果】单独喷施外源生长素、赤霉素以及生长素和赤霉素混合喷施处理,短期处理均能促进植株生长,长期处理后会导致茎伸长。其中喷施生长素效果缓慢,在处理9d内能促进植株生长;喷施赤霉素处理3d促进植株生长但茎细弱;生长素、赤霉素混合喷施,植株在处理3d生长迅速,茎迅速伸长,且生长势较强。与对照相比,外源喷施激素处理后,在处理第4天,生长素、赤霉素以及脱落酸含量显著升高,但在处理后期呈现不同程度的下降。【结论】混合喷施40mg/kg生长素和25mg/kg赤霉素能在短时间快速促进叶用莴苣生长;且高水平的生长素、赤霉素以及脱落酸有利于叶用莴苣的快速生长。
【Objective】In order to explore the intrinsic mechanism of exogenous auxin and gibberellin synergistically regulating the growth and development of leaf lettuce.【Methods】Leaf lettuce GB-31 was used as material.After spraying exogenous IAA,GA3 alonely and IAA and GA3 mix spraying,the changes of related hormone levels in the leafs of lettuce were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.【Results】Three processing can promote plant growth,in short period time all processing can promote the growth of plants,and for a long time lead to stem elongation.IAA promoted slowly that dealing with 9 days can promote plant growth,GA3 can promoted when it dealing with 3 days,but the plant growth was thin,and the stems were weak.Compared with the control group,after spraying on the exogenous hormone treatment,in the treatment of the fourth day,IAA,GA3 and ABA content increased significantly,but present different degree of decline in the late processing.【Conclusion】40 mg/kg IAA and 25 mg/kg GA3 mixed spraying for short time with lettuce leaves grow,and a high level of IAA,GA3 and ABA is advantageous to the fast growth with lettuce leaves.
