摘要
【目的】为探明椰糠与蛭石混配基质作为生菜栽培基质的效果。【方法】以椰糠和蛭石按照不同体积比配置成4种混配基质,并以等体积比的蛭石和草炭为对照,测定混配基质的理化性状和生菜的生物学性状。【结果】随着椰糠的减少蛭石的增加,混配基质的总孔隙度、持水孔隙度和持水能力增加。4个处理的通气孔隙差异不显著,显著高于对照CK。处理T2(椰糠∶蛭石体积比为3∶1)氮、磷含量仅次于T3,但差异不显著,处理T2的钾含量最高。处理T2的根鲜重、根干重和地上干重指标亦显著高于其他处理,地上鲜重和总鲜重仅次于对照CK。【结论】建议将处理T2(椰糠∶蛭石=3∶1)混配基质作为生菜栽培的首选替代基质。
【Objective】The effect of coir dust and vermiculite mixed substrate on the growth of lettuce was studied.【Methods】The substrates were mixed by coir and vermiculitein with four different volume proportions,and peat∶vermiculite=1∶1(volume ratio)as control.The physical and chemical properties of mixed substrates and their application effect on the growth of lettuce seedlings were studied.【Results】The total porosity,water holding porosity and water holding capacity of the mixed substrates wereenhanced with the decrease of coir dust and the increase in vermiculite.The aeration porosity between four treatments has no significant difference and was significantly higher than that of control CK.The total nitrogen and total phosphorus of treatment T2(coir dust∶vermiculite=3∶1,volume ratio)was second only to T3,but the difference was not significant,the potassium content of treatment T2 was significantly higher than other treatments.The fresh weight and dry weight of roots,dry weight of shoot treated by T2 were also significantly higher than other treatments,and fresh weight of shoot and the whole plant was second only to CK.【Conclusion】It was recommended that treatment T2(coir dust∶vermiculite=3∶1)mixed substratewas considered as the preferred substitute for lettuce cultivation.
