北京大兴国际机场航站楼核心区超大平面复杂结构模架支撑体系设计与施工 被引量:4

摘要 针对北京大兴国际机场航站楼工程楼层高度大、构件截面尺寸大、跨度大、上部荷载大等特点,采用新型盘扣架、双槽托梁等进行模架支撑体系施工,克服了施工过程中遇到的大截面梁、劲性钢骨梁、弧形梁、三角轴网梁板模板设计等难题。对混凝土浇筑过程中的钢筋混凝土预应力梁和钢骨梁下方的模板支撑体系进行实时应力、应变监测。试验结果表明,本工程模架支撑体系设计兼顾安全、稳定和经济合理。 In view of the characteristics of large floor height,large section size,large span and large upper load of Beijing Daxing International Airport Terminal project,a new type of disc bracket and double groove bracket are used to construct the formwork support system,which overcomes difficult problems of the formwork design of the large section beam,the stiff steel frame beam,the arc beam and the triangular mesh beam in the construction process. Finally,the real-time stress and strain monitoring of the formwork support system under the reinforced concrete pre-stressed beam and steel frame beam during the concrete pouring process is carried out. The test results show that the design of the formwork support system in this project takes into account both safety,stability and economic rationality.
