摘要
目前,我国污泥年产量已突破6000万吨(以含水率80%计),“十一五”和“十二五”期间,围绕“稳定化、减量化、无害化、资源化”的基本原则,我国污泥处理处置已取得了阶段性进展和成果,实现了从无到有、从点到面的突破。但污泥处理处置主流技术路线的全链条集成仍存在制约性问题。现介绍“厌氧消化/好氧发酵+土地利用”、“干化焚烧+灰渣填埋或建材利用”作为主流技术路线的发展现状,分析总结其全链条推广瓶颈,并展望污泥处理处置技术领域的后续发展方向。
At present,the annual production of sludge has exceeded 60 million tons(80%moisture content)in China.During the eleventh and twelfth five-year plans,around the basic principles of"stabilization,reduction,harmlessness and reclamation",the phased progress and achievement have been made in the sludge treatment and disposal of China,which realize from scratch to start and from point to surface of breakthrough.However,the whole chain integration of the main technical routes of sludge treatment and disposal is limited.This paper introduces the development status of the major technical routes of"anaerobic digestion/aerobic fermentation+land utilization"and"drying incineration+ash landfill or building material utilization",analyzes and summarizes the bottlenecks of the whole chain promotion of the main technical routes,and prospects the follow-up development direction of sludge treatment and disposal technology.
