摘要
在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的十九大精神指导下,为深化医学人才培养改革,不断深化高等学校人才培养改革模式,思考新时代青年专业教师兼职班主任参与班级管理的意义,分析存在的问题,并提出相应的改革策略,以使兼职班主任在新时代下更好地为社会主义建设培养德智体美劳全面发展的建设者和接班人。
Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,in order to deepen the reform of medical personnel training,constantly deepen the reform mode of personnel training in Colleges and universities.This paper aims to reflect on the significance of young professional teachers as part-time class teachers,who participate in class management in the new era.We analyze the existing problems,and put forward corresponding reform strategies,so as to improve the ability of part-time head teachers who are in new era.we should better train builders and successors of all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor for socialist construction.
