摘要
节段接缝密封质量是短线匹配法预制拼装桥梁的主要技术关键点之一。针对预应力管道密封易出现跑浆漏浆的问题,提出了节段间预应力管道新型接缝密封装置,给出了新型接缝密封装置的组成元件、构造形式、工作原理。通过密封装置的三维有限元模型,建立了装置顶推挤压过程挤压应力分析的力学模型及数值计算方法,确定了影响装置完成顶推挤压的最小顶推力的主要影响因素。研究了橡胶圈的弹性模量、过渡区坡度以及橡胶-PA材料对顶推挤压力的影响规律。通过现场试验对传统接缝密封形式与新型接缝密封形式的密封效果进行对比分析,结果表明,新型密封装置的密封性和持压效果均优于传统的接缝密封形式。
Segment joint sealing quality is one of the main technical key points of prefabricated assembled bridges with short-line matching method.In this paper,as the current prestressed pipe seals are prone to running slurry leakage problems,a new joint sealing device for prestressed pipes between sections has been proposed.The components,structure and working principle of the new joint sealing device have been given in detail.Through the three-dimensional finite element model of the sealing device,the mechanical model and numerical calculation method of the extrusion stress analysis on the device s push-extrusion process have been established,the main influencing factors of the minimum thrust of the device have been determined.The elastic modulus of the rubber ring,the slope of the transition zone and the influence of the rubber-PA material on the pushing force of the pushing force have been studied.The comparison between the traditional joint sealing form and the new joint sealing form has been carried out by field test method.The results have shown that the sealing performance and holding effect of the new sealing device are better than the traditional joint sealing form.
