摘要
为分析2型糖尿病合并便秘患者口服双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗的效果,将本院收治的90例2型糖尿病合并便秘患者,随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组45例给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片口服,对照组45例给予莫沙必利片口服。对比2组治疗效果及症状改善情况。结果显示,研究组总有效率(91.11%)高于对照组(71.11%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组排便频率、排便时间、粪便性状、排便困难程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,双歧杆菌四联活菌片口服治疗2型糖尿病便秘,能调节肠道菌群,促进排便,疗效安全可靠,值得推广应用。
This study was to investigate the effect of constipation associated with 2-type diabetes mellitus(DM)through patients orally administered bifidobacterium tetravaccine living tablet(BTLT),randomly divided 90 cases with this constipation treated in author’s hospital into research group[45 cases,orally administered BTLT]and control group(45 cases,mosapride tablet);compared both groups’ effect and symptoms improved.As results,the total effective rate of research group was significantly higher than that of control group(91.11%vs 71.11%,P <0.05);and in the score rating on defecation frequency,on the time of bowel movement,on feces characters,as well on dyschesia degree research group was lower than control group(P <0.05).Results show that BTLT in the treatment of above constipation can regulate intestinal tract flora,promote defecation,and the effect is safe and reliable.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
