摘要
本论文提出通过"以赛促教"的方式来培育大学生科技创新能力核心素养,即通过鼓励学生参加科技立项和科技竞赛相结合的方式,来实现大学生科技创新能力与创新精神的培养。在此基础上探索普通本科院校"学历型"大学生培养向应用型人才转化的有效途径,提出教学改革应当注重实践环节的强化,重视实践教学、强化应用型人才培养。实践教学是培养学生实践能力和创新能力的重要环节,是提高学生社会职业素养和就业能力的有效途径,也是实现应用型本科院校培养模式从"学历提升"向"职业发展"转变,培养一大批实践能力强、有理论知识的应用技能型人才的必由之路。
The cultivation of college students’ scientific and technological innovation ability and core literacy is not only an urgent need for the reform and development of applied universities,but also an inherent demand for college students’ self-development and self-realization.This paper proposes to cultivate the core literacy of university students’ scientific and technological innovation ability by " promoting teaching through competition",that is,to achieve the cultivation of university students’ scientific and technological innovation ability and innovation spirit by encouraging students to participate in the combination of scientific and technological projects and scientific and technological competitions.On this basis,this paper explores the effective ways of transforming the " diploma-type" college students’ training into application-oriented talents,and puts forward that the teaching reform should focus on strengthening the practical links,attaching importance to practical teaching and strengthening the cultivation of application-oriented talents.Practice teaching is an important link to cultivate students’ practical and innovative abilities,and also an effective way to improve students’ social professional quality and employment ability.
