摘要
为了保证采用贝雷架钢平台施工储煤仓仓顶结构的安全及质量,分析了贝雷架钢平台的受力特点及提高贝雷架钢平台承载力的措施,介绍了该工艺的主要操作要点及施工关键技术,包括雷架设计选型、牛腿制作与安装、贝雷架组装和安装、操作平台铺设、钢平台斜拉加固、仓顶平台结构施工、施工阶段平台变形监测以及贝雷架拆除。
In order to ensure the safety and quality of the coal storage silo roof structure constructed by the Bailey truss steel platform,the stress characteristics of the Bailey steel platform and the measures to improve the bearing capacity are analyzed.The key points for process operation and key construction techniques are introduced,including design selection of Baily truss,bracket production and installation,Baily truss assembly and installation,operation platform laying,steel platform diagonal tension reinforcement,silo roof platform structure construction,platform deformation monitoring during construction,and the removal of Bailey truss after construction.
