摘要
以油水界面法合成纳米二氧化锆交联剂,采用SEM、FTIR和紫外-可见漫反射光谱对合成的纳米二氧化锆进行表征,通过单因素实验考察了温度、时间等因素对纳米四方型二氧化锆(t-ZrO2)合成的影响,将合成的纳米二氧化锆配成1.5%(w)分散液,按1.5%(φ)的体积比交联0.6%(w)羟丙基胍胶形成交联冻胶,对形成的交联冻胶进行表征及性能测试。实验结果表明,纳米t-ZrO2的最佳制备条件为100℃、24h、十二烷基硫酸钠为表面活性剂、环己烷为油相、矿化剂为4 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液;制得纳米二氧化锆为t-ZrO2,表面具有大量的羟基;形成的交联冻胶具有良好的挑挂性和耐温耐性,在100℃,170 s^-1)的条件下剪切120min,冻胶压裂液体系黏度保持在100 mPa·s左右,破胶性、残渣含量和悬砂性均满足工作要求。
Nano-ZrO2 was synthesized by oil-water interface method as crosslinking agent. The synthesized nano-ZrO2 was characterized by SEM,FTIR and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra. The effects of temperature,time and other factors on the synthesis of nano-t-ZrO2 were investigated by single factor experiments. The synthesized nano-ZrO2 was prepared into 1.5%(w) dispersion solution. The cross-linking gel was formed by crosslinking 0.6%(w) hydroxypropyl guanidine gum with volume ratio 1.5%(φ). The cross-linking gel was characterized and its properties were tested. The experimental results show that the optimum preparation conditions of nano-t-ZrO2 are 100 ℃,24 h,sodium lauryl sulfate is a surfactant,cyclohexane is an oil phase,and the mineralizer is a 4 mol/L NaOH solution;nano-zirconia is tetragonal zirconia with a large amount of hydroxyl groups on its surface;the cross-linked gel formed has good pick-up and temperature resistance,and shearing 120 min at 100 ℃,170 s^-1),the viscosity of gel fracturing fluid system remains about 100 mPa·s,and the breakability,residue content and suspended sand properties all meet the working requirements.
