甘肃不同地区青贮玉米发酵品质与营养价值评定 被引量:6

摘要 为评定甘肃省不同地区青贮玉米的发酵品质和营养价值,在甘肃省12个地州市所辖县区的3个不同乡镇分别采样,每个地区9~22个样,共180个,进行发酵品质和营养价值指标测定。结果表明:青贮玉米pH值陇南地区显著高于其他11个地区(P<0.05),平凉地区显著高于金昌和白银地区(P<0.05),白银地区最低(3.69),陇南地区最高(4.23);氨氮/总氮陇南地区显著高于其他11个地区(P<0.05),酒泉和平凉地区显著高于金昌和临夏地区(P<0.05);乳酸含量定西地区显著高于平凉和陇南地区(P<0.05),临夏地区显著高于平凉地区(P<0.05);丁酸/总酸平凉地区显著高于武威地区(P<0.05)。说明青贮玉米发酵品质较理想的为定西、临夏、天水、白银地区,其次为金昌和张掖地区,较差的为陇南地区。青贮玉米粗蛋白质含量陇南(8.22%)、武威地区(8.21%)显著高于定西、金昌、兰州、临夏、平凉、庆阳和天水地区(P<0.05);中性洗涤纤维含量平凉地区显著低于金昌、酒泉、临夏、陇南和庆阳地区(P<0.05);无氮浸出物含量平凉地区显著高于金昌、酒泉、陇南、庆阳、武威和张掖地区(P<0.05)。 This paper aims to evaluate the fermentation quality and nutritional value of silage corn in different regions. Three different townships in the counties and districts under the jurisdiction of 12 prefecture-level cities in Gansu province were sampled separately,9 to 22 samples in a region,and a total of 180 samples were sampled. Evaluation of fermentation quality and nutritional value.The result showed that the silage corn pH value in Longnan area was significantly higher than the other 11 regions(P<0.05),and the Pingliang was significantly higher than Jinchang and Baiyin(P<0.05);and the pH value was the lowest in the Baiyin(3.69)and the highest in the Longnan(4.23);The NH3-N/total nitrogenin Longnan area was significantly higher than other11 areas. The Jiuquan and Pingliang were significantly higher than Jinchang and Linxia(P<0.05);the lactic acid content in Dingxi was significantly higher than Pingliang and Longnan(P<0.05),and the Linxia was significantly higher than Pingliang(P<0.05);the butyric acid/total acid Pingliang was significantly higher than Wuwei(P<0.05). In short,the quality of silage corn fermentation is ideal for Dingxi,Linxia,Tianshui,and Baiyin,followed by Jinchang and Zhangye,and the poorer is Longnan and Pingliang.The content of crude protein(CP)in silage corn was significantly higher in Longnan(8.22%)and Wuwei(8.21%)than in Dingxi,Jinchang,Lanzhou,Linxia,Pingliang,Qingyang and Tianshui(P<0.05);the neutral detergent fiber(NDF)content in Pingliang was significantly lower than in Jinchang,Jiuquan,Linxia,Longnan and Qingyang areas(P<0.05);the nitrogen free extract(NFE) content in Pingliang was significantly higher than that in Jinchang,Jiuquan and Longnan,Qingyang,Wuwei and Zhangye(P<0.05).
