摘要
针对传统隔离开关触头温度监测系统监测结果准确率低的问题,设计了一种基于AR模型的隔离开关触头温度监测系统。该系统引用AR模型,硬件设计中采集器选择嵌入式数据采集器,能够采集大量隔离开关触头数据,处理器使用的处理芯片为MICKBLAZE32芯片,能够实现实时处理,利用NAND结构设置了FLASH存储器,提高了存储容量。软件共分为A/D转换、温度转换、超温检测和结果显示四步。为检测系统工作效果,与传统系统进行实验对比,结果表明,传统系统最大误差超过2℃,而本文研究的监测系统准确率远远高于传统系统,最大误差不超过0.5℃,对于保障隔离开关触头高效安全工作有着很好的监测作用。
Aiming at the low accuracy of the traditional temperature monitoring system for disconnector contacts,a temperature monitoring system for disconnector contacts based on AR model is designed. The system refers to AR model. In hardware design,the collector chooses embedded data collector,which can collect a large number of contact data of disconnector. The processing chip used by the processor is MICKBLAZE32 chip,which can realize real-time processing. FLASH memory is set up with NAND structure,and the storage capacity is improved. The software is divided into four steps: A/D conversion,temperature conversion,overtemperature detection and result display. In order to test the working effect of the system,the experimental comparison with the traditional system shows that the maximum error of the traditional system is more than 2 C,and the accuracy of the monitoring system studied in this paper is much higher than that of the traditional system,and the maximum error is less than 0.5 C. It has a good monitoring function for ensuring the efficient and safe work of the disconnector contacts.
