摘要
基于S7-300 PLC开发了一套快速、准确进行人造板工厂用聚乙烯醇胶黏剂配制自控系统。详细介绍该系统的硬件组成、软件设计流程以及所实现的功能。系统可以按照工厂人造板生产的数量自动生产聚乙烯醇胶黏剂,比人工配制极大地节省了时间,降低了企业成本。实际应用表明:整个系统生产的人造板合格率达到了99.98%,提升了工厂的运行效率。
Having S7-300 PLC based to develop an auto-prepared system for the polyvinyl alcohol adhesive in the wood-based panel factory was implemented and the system’s hardware configuration,software development and their functions were described.The system can automatically produce polyvinyl alcohol adhesive as the production of wood-based panels demanded;as compared to the artificial preparation,this system can greatly reduce both time and production costs.The practical application indicates this system can improve the qualified rate of wood-based boards by 99.98%along with promoted operating efficiency.
