摘要
以罗汉果渣为原料,用氢氧化钠溶液进行改性。比较改性前后罗汉果渣对阴、阳离子染料的吸附效果。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对材料进行表征。结果表明,改性前后罗汉果渣对以亚甲蓝为代表的阳离子染料吸附效果较好。试验重点以亚甲蓝为研究对象,探究吸附剂投加量、吸附时间、吸附温度、pH等因素对吸附效果的影响。当亚甲蓝溶液浓度为20 mg/L、吸附剂投加量为0.6 g/100 mL、吸附时间为20 min、吸附温度为25℃、pH为6时,碱化改性罗汉果渣吸附亚甲蓝溶液达到良好的效果,脱色率可达97.12%。
Modification of Momordica grosvenorii residue with sodium hydroxide solution was studied.The adsorption effects of Momordica grosvenorii residue on anionic and cationic dyes were compared before and after modification.The materials were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the adsorption effect of Momordica grosvenorii residue on cationic dyes represented by methylene blue was better before and after modification.The experiment focused on methylene blue as the research object,and explored the effects of adsorbent dosage,adsorption time,adsorption temperature,pH and other factors on the adsorption effect.When the concentration of methylene blue solution was 20 mg/L,the dosage of adsorbent was 0.6 g/100 mL,the adsorption time was 20 min,the adsorption temperature was 25℃,and the pH was 6,the alkaline modified Momordica grosvenori residue could adsorb methylene blue solution well,and the decolorization rate could reach 97.12%.
