石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定螃蟹及饲料中铅离子的含量 被引量:5

Determination of Lead Ions in Crab Feed by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 使用原子吸收光谱法检测螃蟹、螃蟹饲料、螃蟹生存水源中重金属元素铅的含量。建立标准吸收曲线,根据原子吸收光谱法测定的吸光度,推算出样品中铅的含量。结果显示:饲料A、饲料B、蟹黄、蟹膏、母蟹肉、公蟹肉、水样的铅含量分别为0.507,0.363,0.217,0.175,0.20,0.154和0.117 mg/kg。依据标准工作曲线可知,该方法的最低检出限为0.0001 mg/kg,同时该方法的相关系数为0.9997。7份样品的三组平行样相对标准偏差在0.0018%~0.0341%之间。为了验证该方法的准确性,采用加标回收率的方法测定其回收率验证,加标浓度为0.01~0.1 mg/kg,加标回收率为96.42%~100.89%。结果表明该方法具有批量检测样品的能力,在有限的条件下可以快速分析样品中的重金属含量。 The content of heavy metal element lead in crab,crab feed and crab water source was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The standard absorption curve was established,and the content of lead in the sample was calculated according to the absorbance determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The results were as follows:feed A,feed B,crab roe,crab paste,female crab meat,male crab meat,and water samples were 0.507,0.363,0.217,0.175,0.207,0.154 and 0.117 mg/kg respectively;The standard deviation of three parallel samples of 7 samples was between 0.0018%and 0.0341%.In order to verify the accuracy of the method,the standard recovery method was used to determine the recovery.The standard recovery was between 96.42%and 100.89%.The results showed that this method has the ability to detect samples in batches and could rapidly analyze the heavy metal content in samples under limited conditions.
