摘要
职业教育校际间的竞争已经出现;“工业4.0”导致了人才需求的重大变化;“数字化”和“微时代”导致了学习方式的改变;职业教育的大众化趋势和自主招生的启动,使得生源知能和思维结构发生了变化。总之,原有人才培养方案所赖依的客观基础已不复存在。这些变化必将引发职业教育的一系列改革,人才培养方案的重建已成为必然。排除非职教思想的干扰,确定职教自身的理论支撑;依据“社本”的职教性质,确立职教的培养目的;明确职教在教育分类中的位置,把握职业教育的人才培养定位;以“课程论”为依托,实现由“教学大纲”到“课程标准”的转化;以“全息论”的知识观,实现教学方式和“教材化”向“学材化”的转变,是新的人才培养方案需要解决的问题。
Inter-school competition in vocational education has emerged;"Industry 4.0"has led to major changes in talent demand;"Digital"and"micro-age"have led to changes in learning styles;The popularity of education and the launch of independent enrollment have changed the quality of the students.The objective basis on which the original talent training program was based no longer exists.These changes will lead to a series of reforms in vocational education,and the reconstruction of talent training program has become inevitable.To rule out the interference of non-vocational thinking,and to determine the support of the theory;To adhere to the nature of"social capital"and establish the purpose of vocational education;Identify the position in the education classification and determine the target position of vocational education;Based on"course theory"to realize the transformation of"syllabus"to"curriculum standard";With the concept of"holographic theory",the transformation of teaching method and"teaching material"to"learning materialization"is the problem that the new talent training solution needs to solve.
