轴流风扇叶型多工况点气动优化设计 被引量:5

Multi-Point Optimization of Axial-flow Fan Airfoil

摘要 某型轴流风扇采用经典的NACA65叶型,在设计工况下气动性能良好,但它的许可攻角范围较小,非设计工况性能下降明显。本文将叶型几何参数化方法、叶型气动性能的薄剪切层流动预测方法与梯度寻优算法相结合,建立了能综合权衡多工况点叶型气动性能的自动优化方法。应用结果表明,单攻角优化效果不明显;多攻角优化后在设计点气动性能变化不大,但在非设计工况有明显提升,攻角范围增加了12.8%;多雷诺数优化与多马赫数优化同样能得到较好的优化叶型。 Axial flow fan designed with classic NACA 65 series airfoils has good performance at design operation conditions but decreased off-design performance due to relatively narrow incidence range.A new multi-point aerodynamic optimization is developed to design new airfoils for axial-flow fan of wider operation range.Optimization procedure is composed of the parameterization of airfoil geometry,airfoil flow solver of thin boundary layer and a gradient based optimization algorithm.Solution is searched for optimal airfoil shape to balance fan’s performances at given operation conditions.Results show that axial fan’s performance is not improved obviously at off-design conditions after the design point optimization.Airfoil from multi-point optimization has equivalent performance as prototype one but high off-design performances and wide operation range.In example case,its operating range is extended 12.8%.Optimal airfoils for multi-Reynolds numbers and multi-Mach numbers are also accomplished with prospective results.
