摘要
府君庙河渠道倒虹吸管身混凝土在施工拆模期间侧墙部分区域产生纵向裂缝,其裂缝是混凝土结构的承载力和耐久性降低的主要原因。为解决裂缝对混凝土结构的影响,通过对几种砂浆的力学性能综合比较,决定缺陷处理采用化学灌浆的方法对裂缝进行修补,并对灌浆效果进行钻芯取样评价。结果表明,化学灌浆浆液在裂缝中填充饱满,混凝土粘接牢固,达到预期效果。可供水利工程类似工程项目参考。
The inverted siphon body of the Fujunmiao River channel produces longitudinal cracks in the part of the side wall during the demoulding of the construction. The crack is the main reason for the reduction of the bearing capacity and durability of the concrete structure. In order to solve the influence of the crack on the concrete structure, through comprehensive comparison of the mechanical properties of several mortars, it is decided to repair the cracks by chemical grouting, and to evaluate the grouting effect. The results show that the chemical grouting slurry is filled in the cracks and the concrete is firmly bonded to achieve the desired effect. The water supply project is similar to the engineering project reference.
