臭氧局部气浴治疗难愈合伤口的效果

摘要 目的观察难愈合伤口患者应用臭氧局部气浴治疗的临床效果。方法选取昆明市第三人民医院2015年1月至2017年12月收治的100例难愈合伤口患者为研究对象,随机分为常规组和臭氧组,每组50例。常规组患者采取常规换药方法进行伤口护理,臭氧组患者在常规护理的基础上应用臭氧局部气浴治疗。比较两组患者的伤口愈合情况。结果臭氧组患者伤口愈合时间显著少于常规组(P<0.05);臭氧组患者临床治疗有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论臭氧局部气浴方法治疗难愈合伤口可以有效缩短伤口愈合时间,改善临床治疗效果。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of ozone partial gas bath therapy on patients with refractory wounds.Methods A total of 100 patients with refractory wounds admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into routine group and ozone group.Patients in the routine group received routine dressing change for wound care,while patients in the ozone group received ozone partial gas bath treatment on the basis of routine care.The wound healing of the two groups was compared.Results The wound healing time of ozone group was significantly shorter than that of routine group(P<0.05),and the clinical effective rate of ozone group was significantly higher than that of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ozone partial gas bath can effectively reduce the healing time and improve the clinical effect of treatment of refractory wounds.
