校地共建图书馆管理运行模式研究

摘要 公共馆与高校馆在各自发展过程中,可以通过馆舍、资源、设施、服务、技术等的融合与优势互补,以“校地共建图书馆”的形式实现服务效益最大化。文章通过对有代表性的“校地共建馆”以及现行校地共建馆管理运行模式的类型和特点进行调研分析,提出“以一方为管理主体,另一方协同,保持一支服务队伍,兼顾双方开放运行需求”的管理运行模式建议,主张从政策支持、经费、组织和队伍等方面建立校地共建馆管理运行保障机制。 In order to adapt actively to the new normal economic situation,public libraries and university libraries can maximize service efficiency through the integration and complement of library buildings,resources,facilities,services and technology in the pursuit of their respective development process.This paper investigates the representative“school-community co-constructed library”and analyzes the types and characteristics of the current management mode of the school-community co-constructed libraries.The author puts forward the management and operation suggestions,“taking one party as the main body of management,cooperating with the other party,maintaining a service team,and taking into account both parties'needs for open operation”.The author also proposes to establish a guarantee mechanism for the management and operation of co-construction libraries from the aspects of policy support,funds,organization and team.
