摘要
以中美贸易战对国际物流企业的影响为切入点,构建了国际物流企业客户群分类模型及客户群“金字塔”动态变化模型,并在此基础上探索买方市场中国际物流企业客户管理及客户群“金字塔”拓展策略。
With the influence of the Sino-US trade war on international logistics enterprises as the point of departure,we built the classification model of the customer base of international logistics enterprises and the pyramid dynamic change model of the customer base,on the foundation of which,we explored the practice of customer management of international logistics enterprises in the buyer's market,as well as the pyramid strategy to expand the customer base.
