摘要
目的评价子宫内膜异位症患者应用腹腔镜手术联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂的治疗效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年9月于中国人民解放军第七十四集团军医院就诊的115例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,按照入院编号分为对照组55例,观察组60例。对照组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组患者卵泡雌激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇以及催乳素水平,明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症患者应用腹腔镜手术联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂的治疗效果显著优于单纯腹腔镜手术治疗。
Objective To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonists in patients with endometriosis.Methods From March 2017 to September 2018,115 patients with endometriosis were divided into control group(55 cases)and observation group(60 cases).The control group was treated with laparoscopy,and the observation group was treated with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of follicle estrogen,luteinizing hormone,estradiol and prolactin in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of laparoscopy combined with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist in patients with endometriosis is better than that of laparoscopy alone.
