摘要
目的观察中医结合治疗有机磷中毒致周围神经病变的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年9月江苏省响水县人民医院收治的40例机磷中毒致周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,以治疗方式的不同进行分组,仅接受西医药物治疗的20例患者纳入对照组,而接受中西医结合治疗的20例患者纳入观察组。观察疗效与神经传导速度变化情况。结果观察组总有效率较对照组高(95.00%vs.65.00%,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组神经传导速度提升速度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用中西医结合治疗有机磷中毒致周围神经病变患者,可促进其神经传导速度的提升。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of TCM combined treatment in patients with peripheral neuropathy caused by organophosphorus poisoning.Methods Forty cases of patients with peripheral neuropathy caused by organophosphorus poisoning(all from January 2017 to September 2018)were selected for the study,and the different treatment methods were divided into groups.20 cases only receiving Western medicine were included in the control group,while 20 cases receiving integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were included in the observation group.The effect and nerve conduction velocity were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(95.00%vs.65.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement rate of nerve conduction velocity in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of patients with peripheral neuropathy caused by organophosphorus poisoning can promote the improvement of nerve conduction velocity.
