高校工会助力教师幸福感指数提升研究——以中国海洋大学为例 被引量:4

摘要 幸福感指数作为评价高校教师生存状态的重要指标引起了普遍关注,也为高校工会工作提出了新课题。本文以中国海洋大学为例,探讨了高校教师的幸福感指数评价的定性与定量研究方法,采用问卷调查、实证分析及模糊综合评判模型方法,构建了“高校教师幸福感指数”评价体系,以期为高校工会有效开展工作提供一定的决策支持。研究结果表明,提高对高校教师的关爱度是大势所趋,高校工会只有采取科学可行的方法,以真心关爱教师为基础,不盲目追求工作形式的创新,从教师需求出发,帮助教师解决实际困难,切实提高教师幸福感指数,工会才能得到广大教师的信赖,更好地为教师做好后勤保障服务,开创新形势下工会工作的新局面。 As an important index for evaluating the survival status of university teachers,happiness index has attracted widespread attention.Meanwhile,new topics have also been put forward to labor union.This paper takes the teachers of Ocean University of China as an example,and combines questionnaire survey,empirical analysis and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to construct happiness index for university teachers,with a view to effectively carrying out work for university trade unions and provide certain decision support.The results indicate that it is the general trend to improve the degree of care for university teachers,and by adopting practical methods and based on genuine care for teachers,and not blindly pursuing the innovation of work forms,labor unions can help teachers solve practical difficulties and improve the happiness index.The paper thus concludes with the suggestion that only in this way can we get the trust of the teachers,so as to better provide logistic support services for teachers,and create a new situation of labor union work under present circumstances.
