摘要
教师队伍是推进我国教育事业发展的主力军,努力培养造就一大批一流教师,不断提高教师队伍整体素质,是当前和今后一段时间我国教育事业发展的紧迫任务。教师队伍整体素质的提高,不仅需要政府机构、教育部门对教师队伍建设的高度重视和培训力度的不断加强,更需每一位教师把专业化成长内化为自身的迫切需求和强烈愿望。基于此,本研究通过对浙江省部分高中教师的调查,了解高中教师在职学习的现状与存在的问题,进而为改进高中教师在职学习提供策略,以期激发高中教师的学习动力,提高教师在职学习效果,从而真正提升教师的综合素质和业务水平。
A high-profile faculty team is a core factor in the sustainable development of education in China.It is an urgent task to continuously improve the overall quality of the teaching staff,which not only requires the government agencies,especially the educational departments,to attach great importance to staff construction,but also teachers to internalize the urgent need for professional growth.This study investigated a proportion of high school teachers in Zhejiang Province to explore the current situation,existing problems,and solutions.It is intended to provide some valuable suggestions to improve high school teachers'on-the-job learning,to stimulate their learning motivation,and to eventually upgrade their overall quality and professional skills.
