摘要
目的探究品管圈活动应用于耳鼻喉科护理实习带教工作中的效果。方法选取该院耳鼻喉科2018年1—12月期间接收的护生70名,其中35名接受常规护理带教,为对照组;另外35名采用品管圈活动带教,为观察组。比较分析两组护生的理论知识成绩、实践操作成绩以及带教满意度。结果带教后,观察组护生的理论知识评分、实践操作评分以及带教满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻喉科护理实习工作中采用品管圈活动进行带教,有利于加强护生的理论知识水平和实践操作技能,提高其对带教工作的满意度,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activities in the teaching of otolaryngology nursing practice.Methods A total of 70 nursing students were enrolled in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology from January to December 2018.Among them,35 nursing students received routine nursing as the control group.The other 35 nursing students were taught by the quality control circle as the observation group.The theoretical knowledge scores,practical operation scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students were compared and analyzed.Results After teaching,the theoretical knowledge score,practical operation score and teaching satisfaction rate of the nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of quality control circle activities in the otolaryngology nursing practice work is conducive to strengthening the theoretical knowledge level and practical operation skills of nursing students,and improving their satisfaction with teaching work,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
