摘要
在造纸生产过程中,纸浆浓度的稳定调节是达到纸张质量标准的重要环节。为了克服传统PID控制的参数整定过程中耗时长、能耗高以及参数整定困难等问题,对模糊自适应整定的PID控制进行研究。模糊自适应整定PID控制以纸浆浓度以及纸浆浓度误差变化作为输入,利用模糊控制规则对PID参数进行在线自适应整定,以满足不同时刻的纸浆浓度误差和纸浆浓度误差变化对PID参数自整定的要求。利用传统的PID控制以及模糊自适应整定PID控制,分别对生产80 g/m^2以及有无扰动输入的纸浆浓度模型进行仿真。与传统的PID控制相比,模糊自适应整定PID控制不仅缩短了参数的整定时间,而且稳态性能好,调控性能也优于传统的PID控制。模糊自适应整定PID控制实现了纸浆浓度在线自适应参数整定,具有很好的应用价值。
In paper production process,the stable regulation of paper pulp concentration is an important link to reach the paper quality standard.In order to overcome the problems of traditional PID control in parameter tuning,such as time consuming,high energy consumption and difficult parameter setting,a fuzzy adaptive PID control is studied.The fuzzy adaptive tuning PID control takes pulp concentration and pulp concentration error variation as inputs,and uses the fuzzy control rules to carry out online adaptive tuning of PID parameters to meet the requirements of pulp concentration error e and pulp concentration error variation for self-tuning of PID parameters at different times.Using the traditional PID control and fuzzy adaptivetuning PID control to simulate 80 g/m^2 production and pulp concentration model with and without disturbance respectively;the fuzzy adaptive tuning PID control not only shortens the tuning time,and steady state performance is good,and the control performance is superior to the traditional PID control.The fuzzy adaptive tuning PID control realizes the on-line adaptive parameter tuning of pulp concentration,which has good application value.
