摘要
以氧化石墨烯、丁二酸酐、己内酰胺和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺等为原料,通过原位聚合法制备了接枝PA6的PNG和CFGO改性的聚合物NG,并采用红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪、差示扫描量热仪和扫描电镜等手段对复合材料的化学结构和组织特征进行了分析。结果表明,原位聚合法可以成功将PA6接枝到CFGO上,CFGO含量分别为0.1%、0.5%和1%的PNG的接枝率分别为88%、82%和73%;随着CFGO含量从0.05%增加至1%,NG的熔融温度逐渐减小,而结晶温度呈先增加后减小的特征,CFGO含量为0.5%时可以使得NG结晶温度上升的同时熔融温度减小。PA6基体中的CFGO呈均匀分布的特征,且与基体之间具有较好的结合力。
The graphene oxide,succinic anhydride,caprolactam and N,N-dimethylformamide is used as raw materials,and the PA6 grafted PNG and CFGO-modified polymer NG is prepared by in-situ polymerization,and the chemical structure and characteristics of the composites are analyzed by means of IR,X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis,differential scanning calorimeter and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the PA6 can be successfully grafted onto CFGO by in-situ polymerization.The grafting rates of PNG with CFGO whose content is 0.1%,0.5%and 1%are 88%,82%and 73%respectively.With the increase of CFGO content from 0.05%to 1%,the melting temperature of NG decreases gradually,while the crystallization temperature increases firstly and then decreases.When the content of CFGO is 0.5%,the crystallization temperature of NG increases while the melting temperature decreases.The CFGO in PA6 matrix is uniformly distributed and has a good bonding force with the matrix.
