摘要
面对新工科建设的新诉求,高校教师考核评价制度还存在价值取向出现偏差、体系设计不完 整、指标设置不合理、标准制定趋质化严重、考评主体积极性不强等问题。这主要是由对新工科建设认识 不足、考核评价目的存在误区、考核评价方式重量化轻质性、参评教师参与评价深度不够等因素所致。高 校应遵循发展性评价与奖惩性评价结合、全面考核与突出重点结合、质性评价与量化评价结合的原则,探 索“五位一体”评价体系、“三层次共存”评价标准、“五维度”评价主体、“三级反馈”评价机制的新路径。
Primal problems existing in assessment and evaluation system of college teachers are deviation of value orientation, imperfect of system design, irrationality of index setting, and single standard as well as low motivation of evaluation subjects under new engineering disciplines construction. The mains causes are unknowing new engineering disciplines construction;misunderstanding evaluation purpose;focusing on quantities rather than quality, as well as less teachers’ participation. Colleges should follow the principles of combining developmental evaluation with reward and punishment evaluation, comprehensive evaluation with emphasis, qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation, and explore a new way of "Five in One" evaluation system, "Three-level Coexistence" evaluation criteria, "Five-Dimensional" evaluation subject, and "Three-level Feedback" evaluation mechanism.
