不同品种菊芋秸秆营养成分、体外消化率和能量价值的比较 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨不同品种菊芋秸秆饲用品质状况,本试验主要对不同品种菊芋秸秆的营养成分、体外消化率和有效能进行了测定。结果表明:(1)品种间菊芋秸秆的营养成分差异显著(P <0.05),吉菊芋3的粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(Ash)、粗蛋白质(CP)、非纤维性碳水化合物(NFC)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)含量最高,粗纤维(CF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、木质素(ADL)含量最低,LY2的淀粉含量最高(15.00%),中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量最低(24.59%)。(2)品种间菊芋秸秆的体外消化率差异显著(P <0.05),LY2体外干物质消化率最高,较吉菊芋1、吉菊芋3、滨芋8号、南芋1号分别高2.19%、3.04%、3.96%、4.77%(P> 0.05),较吉菊芋4高29.65%(P <0.05)。(3)品种间菊芋秸秆的能量值差异显著(P <0.05),吉菊芋4的总能(GE)最高,但LY2的消化能(DE)、代谢能(ME)、净重净能(NEG)、维持净能(NEM)、产奶净能(NEL)最高。综合各品种营养成分、体外消化率、能量价值,LY2饲料品质最好。 In order to investigate the nutritional quality of Helianthus tuberosus straw of different varieties,nutrient composition,in vitro digestibility and energetic value were analyzed.The results were as follows:(1)There were significant differences in nutrient components among the six varieties(P<0.05).The contents of EE,Ash,CP,NFC,Ca and P were the highest,and the contents of CF,ADF and ADL were the lowest in Jiyu No.3.The starch content was the highest in LY2(15.00%)and NDF content was the lowest in LY2(24.59%).(2)There was significant difference in the digestibility among the six varieties(P<0.05).The in vitro digestibility of dry matter was the highest in LY2,which were 2.19%,3.04%,3.96%,4.77%(P>0.05)higher than Jiyu No.1,Jiyu No.3,Binyu No.8 and Nanyu No.1 respectively,and 29.65%higher than Jiyu No.4(P<0.05).(3)There were significant differences in energy value among the six varieties(P<0.05).Although the GE was the highest in Jiyu No.4,the DE,ME,NEG,NEM and NEL were the highest in LY2.In conclusion,LY2 showed the best nutritional quality.
