基于网络文本分析的海外游客对张家界旅游意象感知研究 被引量:1

摘要 选取国外知名旅游网站中以“Zhangjiajie”为主题的游记,运用内容分析法中的词频、语义网络和情感分析研究海外游客对张家界的旅游意象。结论表明:海外游客对张家界旅游意象整体感知为一个自然景观类旅游地,认知意象可以分为:自然风景、休闲娱乐、游玩度假三大主题;语义网络呈现“核心—次核心—外围”的圈层结构;海外游客对于张家界情感评价以积极正面为主。引起消极负面评价主要因素包括:价格不合理、价格优惠体系不完善、游客过多导致体验差、交通混乱。最后对张家界旅游意象的完善和提升提出建议。 The travel notes with the theme of“Zhangjiajie”from a foreign well-known tour website are studied,and word frequency,sematic web and emotion in the content analysis method are used to study the destination image of Zhangjiajie by overseas tourists.The conclusions show that the overseas tourists perception of Zhangjiajie s tourism image is a natural landscape tourism destination.The cognitive images can be divided into three major themes:natural scenery,leisure and entertainment,and vacation.The semantic network presents the circle structure of“core-subcore-periphery”;overseas tourists evaluation of Zhangjiajie s sentiment is mainly positive,and the main factors causing negative evaluation include:unreasonable price,imperfect price concession system,poor experience resulting from too many tourists and traffic chaos.Finally,some relevant suggestions are put forward to provide the basis for the improvement of the image of Zhangjiajie.
