“互联网+”变革高校教学的教育技术文化坐标 被引量:21

The Coordinates of Educational Technology Culture for the Instruction Reform in Universities Driven by“Internet Plus”

摘要 教育技术文化客观存在,体现在丰富多彩的教育技术理念、行为和制品,及其螺旋上升的进化过程中。当代高校教学的教育技术文化历经了计算机、互联网时代的变迁,目前在移动互联网的驱动下,正在形成基于联通主义的理念文化、基于自带设备教学的行为文化、基于开放教育资源的制品文化的"互联网+"时代的教育技术文化坐标。新坐标的核心价值是指引高校师生自带设备联通开放教育资源,做出顺应"互联网+"新常态的教育技术文化抉择。新坐标的建立、旧坐标的让位,是教育技术文化的提质、增效和创新升级。然而文化发展具有惰性、非理性和偶然性,变迁之际往往会产生内部结构不协调和不适应。新教育技术文化坐标面临联通主义"反智"、自带设备"遮蔽"教学、"搁置"开放教育资源等重大挑战。这就要求从"互联网+教学"的潜件、物件、人件、案例与制度全面施以治理,从而助力高校创建一流教学。 The educational technology culture exists objectively, embodied in the rich educational technology concepts, behaviors and products, and its spiral evolution process. The educational technology culture of the instruction in universities has undergone the computer era and the Internet era. Under the driving of mobile Internet, concept culture based on connectivism, behavior culture based on BYOD(Bring Your Own Device), and product culture based on open educational resources constitute the coordinates of educational technology culture of the"Internet Plus"era. The core value of the new coordinates is to guide the teachers and students of the universities to bring their own devices to connect open educational resources, and to make a choice to educational technology culture that conforms to the new normal of"Internet Plus". The establishment of the new coordinates and the fade out of the old ones has promoted the quality improvement, efficiency increase and innovation upgrade of the educational technology culture. Because of the inertia,irrationality and contingency of cultural development, the internal structure of the culture is often incompatible and unsuited. The new educational technology culture is facing the major challenge of"anti-intelligence"of connectivism,BYOD"covering"instruction, and"shelving"OER(Open Educational Resources). This requires comprehensive governance of the underware, hardware and software, humanware, cases and policy system of the"Internet Plus Instruction",so as to help universities create the first-class instruction.
