摘要
当前,治安治理成为治安学研究的热点,但尚处于研究的初步阶段。从研究内容看,研究者对治安治理的理论基础、概念与特征、提出社会背景和实现途径等有了一定的研究。从研究现状看,还存在研究者群体数量小,研究成果少,研究主题分散,实践研究少,理论研究薄弱等问题。在下阶段研究中,应加强对治安治理理论基础、治安治理主体之间关系、治安治理结构、治安治理实践、促进治安治理发展的制度保障和域外治安治理的经验及其借鉴等方面的研究。
At present,public security management has gradually come into highlighting in the field of public security,but is still in its infancy.From the research content,the researchers have achieved initial success on the theory,concept,characteristics,social background as well as implementation approach.From the status quo,there are still some problems such as small quantity of research groups,few results,non-focused topics,inadequate practice and weak theoretical foundation.Next,research on public security management should be strengthened in the field of theory,subject relationship,structure,practice,system guarantee and extraterritorial experience,etc.
