摘要
目的:观察激光穴位针灸联合普米克令舒治疗儿童支气管哮喘临床疗效及对炎性因子和细胞免疫的影响。方法:支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。所有患儿均接受常规治疗,对照组给予普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上通过半导体激光仪进行激光穴位针灸治疗,连续治疗7 d。比较2组患儿临床疗效、肺功能改善情况、不良反应发生率及血清炎性因子(IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α)和细胞免疫指标(CD^+4、CD^+8、CD^+4/CD^+8)变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率为94.0%,对照组为76.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组比较,观察组咳嗽、气促以及哮鸣音消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患儿IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α以及CD^+8水平均显著下降,CD^+4、及CD^+4/CD^+8水平显著上升(P<0.05),且观察组相较于对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05);治疗期间,观察组无不良反应现象发生,对照组不良反应发生率为12.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.027)。结论:激光针灸联合普米克令舒治疗儿童支气管哮喘可显著提高临床疗效,改善肺功能,缩短临床症状消失时间,并减轻患儿炎性反应,改善免疫功能,不良反应轻微,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of laser acupuncture combined with Pulmicort in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children and its effects on inflammatory factors and cellular immunity.Methods:100 children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.All patients received routine treatment.The control group was given Pulmicort Respiratory Inhalation.The observation group was treated by a laser acupuncture point acupuncture with a semiconductor laser based on the control group,they were treated for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,improvement of pulmonary function,incidence of adverse reactions,serum inflammatory factors(IL-2,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α)and cellular immune parameters(CD^+4,CD^+8,CD^+4/CD^+8)were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The total effective rate was 94%in the observation group and 76%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the observation group had significant time for cough,shortness of breath,and wheezing,these were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-10,TNF-αand CD^+8 decreased significantly,while the levels of CD^+4 and CD^+4/CD^+8 increased significantly(P<0.05),and the changes in observed group were more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 0%,12%in the control group,the two groups were statistically significant differences(P=0.027).Conclusion:Laser acupuncture combined with Pulmicort can effectively raise the clinical curative effect,improve lung function,shorten the disappearance of clinical symptoms,relieve inflammatory reactions,improve immune function,and have minor adverse reactions.It has important clinical significance.
