摘要
核级管道BOSS头焊缝缺陷维修周期较长,可能对核电厂经济效益产生重要影响。本文根据ASME规范Ⅺ卷中提供的方法,研究了某含缺陷BOSS头处置方案的安全性和可行性,确定了最优化的维修策略,在保证核安全的前提下,避免个别处置困难的含缺陷BOSS头影响核电厂发电计划。为后续类似问题的处理提供了计算经验。
The long-term maintenance period of the BOSS head weld defects in nuclear piping may have an important impact on the economic benefits of the nuclear power plants.According to the method provided in the ASME Code VolumeⅪ,the safety and feasibility of some disposal plans for defect-containing BOSS head were studied in this paper,the optimal maintenance strategy was determined so as to avoid individual defect-containing BOSS heads that are difficult to dispose of under the premise of ensuring nuclear safety.The research results provide experience for calculation of subsequent similar problems.
