摘要
基于提升数控加工过程中切削效率与加工精度的目的,有必要对工业机器人在此领域的应用进行研究。对此,文章重点围绕GSK机器人以及980T这两大主体设备展开,引入实际加工案例,展开机器人上下料机构的设计工作,确定了合适的工作单元,对机器人的物料输送轨迹做了进一步的规划。实际结果表明,机器人与数控车床之间能够达到密切配合的状态,在零件加工过程中可以提升自动化水平,对于小型柔性制造单元而言尤为适用。
In order to improve the cutting efficiency and accuracy in CNC machining,it is necessary to study the application of industrial robots in this field.In this regard,this paper focuses on the GSK robot and 980 T two main equipment,introduces the actual processing cases,launches the design of the feeding and unloading mechanism of the robot,determines the appropriate unit of work,and makes further planning for the material delivery trajectory of the robot.The actual results show that the robot and CNC lathe can achieve a close cooperation state,which can improve the level of automation in the process of parts processing,especially for small flexible manufacturing cells.
