摘要
为建成创新型国家,新工科建设势在必行,要求高校培养出复合型的创新创业人才。阐述了创新创业型人才培养的意义,挖掘及讨论了高职院校创新创业人才培养的现状,并积极探索了新工科背景下高职院校如何进行创新创业人才培养。
In order to build innovation-oriented country,new engineering construction is imperative,and universities and colleges are required to cultivate comprehensive innovative and entrepreneurial talents.This paper expounds the significance of the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial talents,explores and discusses the current situation of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges,and explores how to train innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges under the background of new engineering.
