Quality inspection and evaluation of pipeline surveying results based on system theory

摘要 分析了管线测量成果质量检验评价的现状,基于系统理论搭建质量检验评价的方法论框架,采用层次权重决策分析法构建层次结构模型。结合专家知识库开发了统一平台的GIS系统,实现质量检验评价内外业一体化,建立了智能化质量检验评价体系。通过实际项目应用验证了该方法既提高工作效率又保证评价结果正确性,为管线测量成果的质量检验评价提供了新的思路与完善的解决方案。 After analyzing the present situation of quality inspection and evaluation of pipeline surveying results,the methodological framework of quality inspection and evaluation is established based on system theory,and a hierarchical structure model by adopting AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)method is built.Next,a unified platform of GIS system is developed based on expert knowledge,which realizes the integration of indoor and field data quality inspection and evaluation accordingly.The platform is verified by practical applications and shows improved efficiency and correctness,which provides a new idea and perfect solution for the quality inspection and evaluation of pipeline measurement results.
