摘要
针对汽车半轴花键的检测问题,设计并搭建了基于视觉检测的半轴花键检测实验平台。采用高精度CCD工业相机采集花键端面图像,将采集到的图像进行灰度处理、图像增强、轮廓提取等处理方法获取花键的轮廓信息,并对花键轮廓进行参数测量,检测出花键的齿厚、齿数、大径、小径等,实现多参数一次性自动化检测,最后联合Halcon和C#开发出系统软件。实验表明该系统满足半轴花键的检测生产要求,提高了检测效率。
In order to solve the problem of automobile half shaft spline detection,an experimental platform of half shaft spline detection based on visual detection was designed and built.With high precision CCD industrial camera in the spline end face image,and the collected images were processed by gray processing,image enhancement,contour extraction and other processing methods to obtain the contour information of spline.Parameter measurement was carried out on contour information,tooth thickness,tooth number,large diameter,small path and so on were detected,to realize the automatic multi-parameter one-time detection,finally combined Halcon and c#developed visualization software users.Experimental results show that the system meets the requirements of half shaft spline detection and improves the detection efficiency.
